Little Black Dress

It’s one of the first rules of fashion that you learn: everyone needs a Little Black Dress. And while I’m a firm believe in ‘rules are meant to be broken’ especially when it comes to fashion, this is one I suggest you follow.

If it hasn’t saved you already having a (or multiple, I’m not here to judge) LBD in your closet will come in handy at some point. They’re easy to dress up or down providing you with endless posibilities when you get that last minute invitation. And lets be real, we all wear black year round so you really can’t go wrong.

Dress: Zara
This dress no longer available at Zara but there is a similar dress currently at boohoo

With this particular dress I tend to keep it simple and don’t accessorize too much because of the high neck and collar. Occasionally I’ll throw on my everyday bracelets and rings if I’m feeling I need a little more. (Today I chose to acessorize with a very trendy neon green hair tie 🙄)

For shoes I tend to pair this dress with my boots because I like that they cover my legs in the fall. When dressing it up I go for my white sandals to match the pop of white in the collar and sleeves or a simple pair of heels.
